How to Set Up Automated Responses

  1. Open the Automated Responses Section

    • Navigate to the Automated Responses section in your dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Add" Button

    • Tap on the "Add" button to create a new automated response.
  3. Set Up the User Message

    • You will see two options:
      • User Message: Enter the keywords that will trigger the response.
      • (Example: If a user types "pricing", the bot can send details about pricing plans.)
  4. Configure the Bot Response

    • Choose how the chatbot should respond to the keyword.
    • You can set the response in two ways:
      • Text Format: A simple text message.
      • Flow Format: A predefined chatbot flow.
  5. Save the Automated Response

    • Click on Save to store the response settings.
  6. Enable Automated Responses

    • After saving, go to the main menu and turn on the automated response to activate it.
