How you can create a template message

In this article, I will show you how to create a template message. To create your template message, you need to click on the settings section, as shown in the image below.

After settings, you have to click on 'Channels,' as shown in the image below.

After that, you need to click on WhatsApp.

"After clicking on WhatsApp, you will see the 'Manage' option. Now, you need to click on the 'Manage' button."

"After clicking on the 'Manage' button, you need to choose the 'Template Message' option, as shown in the image below."

Here, you can see multiple options for template creation.

Let’s create the first message using the Text option.
Please choose Text.

To create a new template message, first, you need to give your template a name. Then, choose the language, followed by selecting the message category. After that, tap on the Edit Text option to add your message content.

After tapping on Edit, you'll get a text box to add the content.

If you want to use a message with a button, you can click on the Add Button. Here, you can use 4 types of buttons:

• Open Link: To send users directly to any URL.
• Send Flow: To send a custom flow.
• Call: For direct calling.
• WhatsApp Flow: To connect a WhatsApp form
  
  
  
  
  
  Click on the + button, then change the button label name and choose the action button according to your need.
  
  
  
  

  For the website:

  1. Enter the Button Label (e.g., 'Visit Website').
  2. Under 'When This Button is Pressed,' select Open Link.
  3. In the Link field, enter the URL (e.g., 'https://mbgcard.in').
  4. Click Continue to proceed.

  To connect your custom flow, choose the Send Flow option.
  
  
  

You can preview your template message, and then click on the Save button to save it.




If your template message is in pending status, you can click on Synchronize to view your template message.

Congratulations! Your template message has been approved by Meta. You can now connect your template message with the flow.
