How to Archive a Conversation via Inbox

The Archive Conversation feature allows you to remove a conversation from your active inbox without deleting it. The conversation will automatically be unarchived if the contact sends a new message.

Archive a Conversation via Inbox

  1. Open the Inbox

    • Navigate to the Inbox section where all your conversations are listed.
  2. Select the Conversation

    • Choose the conversation you want to archive.
  3. Click on the Menu

    • Locate and click on the Menu (⋮) icon within the conversation interface.
  4. Select "Archive"

    • From the menu options, select "Archive" to move the conversation to the archived section.

The conversation will remain archived until the contact sends a new message, at which point it will automatically be unarchived and appear back in your active inbox.
