Step 1: Open the Instagram Comment Automation Tool

  • Go to the Tools section in your MBG Dashboard.
  • Locate and click on "Instagram Comment Automation".

Step 2: Select the Post to Track Comments On

  • Choose the Instagram post where you want to enable comment automation.

Step 3: Configure Automatic Replies

  1. Private Reply to Comment (DM Reply)

    • Enable this option if you want to send a direct message (DM) in response to a comment.

  2. Public Reply to Comment

    • Enable this option to send a public reply under the user’s comment.
    • Example: "Thank you for your valuable comment!"

  3. Reply to Specific Keywords (Optional)

    • Add specific keywords that will trigger an automated response.
    • Example: If a user comments “Interested,” you can set an automated reply like “Thank you! Please check your DMs for details.”

Step 4: Set Up Advanced Options (Optional)

  • Exclude Comments with These Keywords – Prevent automated replies to specific words.
  • Hide Comments with These Keywords – Automatically hide certain comments.
  • Only Reply to New Contacts – Avoid responding to users who have interacted before.
  • Reply Only Once Per Post – Ensures that users receive only one reply per post.
  • Like the User’s Comment – Automatically like the comment after replying.
  • Reply to Users Who Commented on Other Posts – Extend automation to other posts.
  • Don't Reply to Replies to Comments – Prevent replies to threaded comments.
  • Track If a User Tags Other Users – Monitor and reply if a user tags someone.

Step 5: Choose When to Reply

  • Immediately – Send the reply as soon as a user comments.
  • Delay Response – Set a specific time delay before responding.

  • Review all settings and click "Save".
