How to filter contact in the Inbox
Follow these steps to filter contacts in your inbox efficiently:
1. Locate the Dropdown Menu and Filter Icon:
- At the top-left corner of the inbox section, you will find a dropdown menu labeled "All Conversations" along with a filter icon.

2. Filter Conversations by Type:
- Use the dropdown menu to filter conversations based on the type, such as:
- Bot Conversations: View only conversations handled by automated bots.
- Human Conversations: Focus on interactions managed by team members.
