How to Block a Contact

The Block Contact feature helps you prevent unwanted contacts from reaching out to you on your account. Follow these simple steps to block a contact.

Block a Contact via Inbox

  1. Open the Inbox

    • Navigate to the Inbox section where all conversations are listed.
  2. Select the Contact/Conversation

    • Choose the conversation of the contact you want to block.
  3. Click on the Menu

    • Locate and click on the Menu (⋮) icon within the conversation interface.
  4. Select "Block Contact"

    • From the menu options, select "Block Contact" to prevent further communication from this contact.

Once blocked, the contact will no longer be able to send messages to your account. You can unblock them later if needed through your account settings.
