How to Create a Custom Field

  1. Open the Flow Section

    • Navigate to the Flow section in your dashboard.
  2. Access Custom Fields

    • Click on the Custom Fields option.
  3. Create a New Custom Field

    • Click the "Add" button to create a new custom field.
  4. Define the Field

    • Assign a name and set the data type (text, number, date, etc.).
  5. Save and Use in Chatbot Flow

    • Once created, you can assign this custom field within a chatbot flow to capture user responses automatically.
