MBG directly adds the payment method to Facebook Meta, which means that MBG card does not charge any extra fees for template messages.
This article will show you step by step how to add a payment method, along with screenshots.
To add your payment method, first go to the settings on your dashboard as shown in the screenshot below.
After going to settings, click on the channels option as shown in the screenshot.
After clicking on the channel, you need to click on WhatsApp.
After WhatsApp, you need to click on "Manage".
After that, you need to click on "Payment Methods". From here, you will be directed to the official Meta site.
Now, you need to click on the "Add Payment Method" button as shown in the screenshot.
Next, choose your debit or credit card, which should be either Visa or MasterCard, and make sure that your international payment method is enabled.
And after that, click on the "Next" button.
Now, fill in your card details, including the name on the card as it appears on your card or bank account. Then enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV. Agree to the terms by clicking on the checkbox to consent to Meta's policies. After saving, you will need to verify your card through an OTP (one-time password). Once verified, your card will be added successfully.
After adding your card, you need to fill in your business information. To do this, click on the "Edit" button to update your business information.
Fill in all the required information, including your GST number, which is mandatory. After adding all the information, click on the "Save" button to complete the process.
