In this article, we will learn how to create a new flow, how to connect one flow to another, and how to add various elements such as text, images, videos, and more. You can follow the step-by-step instructions provided below to see all these aspects.
Step 1: First, go to your flow section.
Step 2: To create your new flow, you need to click on the Add button.
Step 3: As soon as you click on the Add button, you need to write the name of your flow and then click on the Continue button.
Step 4: Here, you can write whatever message you want to in your flow. To do this, click on the 'Send Message' dialogue that appears.
Step 5: When you click on the 'Send Message' dialog, a popup will appear on the left side. After that, you will see two options. The first one is 'Message Type,' where 'omnichannel' is selected by default. This means that it will work for all the channels connected to it.
Then, you need to click on 'Add Content.'
Step 6: When you click on 'Add Content,' you will see various options here. For example, if you want to add text, click on 'Text'; for an image, click on 'Image,' and for a video, click on 'Video.'
Note:
1. Your image should be in JPG or PNG format.
2. The video should be less than 16 MB.
So here, I'm creating my flow where I want to add an image (logo) first. That's why I'll click on the image option first.
After selecting the image, you will see the option to 'Upload Image.' Then, when you click on 'Upload Image,' you can select and upload the image from your local directory.
You can see below how it will look after uploading. 👇
Now that the image has been uploaded, you can click anywhere on your screen to add the next message to your flow, as shown below.
Now, after the image, you just need to simply drag and drop your next message to connect, as shown in the gif below.
To add the next message, click on the send message button again.
This time, I want to add a text message, so I will select the text option.
Now, you can write your text message here, as shown below.
If you want to add a button to your message, click on 'Add Button,' and then click on it again to change its name.
You can see below how to do it.
After saving the button's name, click anywhere else on the screen, as you can see below.
Now, to link your button to the next flow, you'll see a blank circle next to the button. You need to drag and drop from there, as shown below
