How to send a Broadcast message

Step 1: Open the Broadcasting Section

• Navigate to the Broadcasting section in your dashboard.
• Click on it to start the broadcast setup.

Step 2: Click on the "Send" Button

• Once in the broadcasting section, locate and click on the "Send" button to initiate the process.

Step 3: Select the WhatsApp Option

• A new window will appear. Click on "Continue" under the WhatsApp section to proceed.

Step 4: Confirm the Template Message

• In the Template Message section, click on "Continue" again.
• This ensures that your message follows WhatsApp’s template format.

Step 5: Choose Your Flow

• Locate the "Flow to Send" option.
• Select the chatbot flow that should be sent with your template message.

Step 6: Schedule or Send Immediately

• If you want to send the message right away, select "Now".
• If you prefer to send it later, choose "Schedule for Later" and set a time.

Step 7: Click the "Send" Button

• After selecting your preferred timing, click on the "Send" button to dispatch the broadcast message to your contact list.
