The Appointment Scheduling streamlines the process of booking meetings and appointments. It allows businesses to share their availability, enabling customers to select a suitable time slot.
Follow these step-by-step instructions to start receiving appointments from customers.
Step 1: Access the Appointment Scheduling Tool
- Navigate to Tools > Appointment Scheduling.
- Click on the “Add” button to create a new appointment scheduling setup.
Step 2: Set Your Availability
- The most crucial step is defining your availability so customers can book an open time slot.
- Our system will automatically generate a confirmation flow and reminder flow for scheduled appointments.
- If you wish to customize these messages, go to Flows and edit the related flows in your calendar.
Step 3: Connect Your Calendar
- Once connected, every scheduled appointment will be automatically added to your calendar.
- The system will also check for existing calendar events to prevent overbooking.
Step 4: Share Your Scheduling Link
- You can share your appointment scheduling link with customers in two ways:
- During a bot conversation – Retrieve the scheduling link by going to Tools > Appointment Scheduling and clicking the menu icon next to your calendar.
- As a button link or text message –
- For platforms supporting button links, add the scheduling link to a button that directs users to your booking page.
- For platforms that don’t support button links (e.g., SMS), send the scheduling link as a text message.
Step 5: View Scheduled Appointments
- To check upcoming appointments, go to Tools > Appointment Scheduling > Appointments.
