A Drip Campaign is an automation tool that allows businesses to send scheduled follow-up messages over a set period. Instead of manually sending reminders or promotional messages, you can pre-define when each message should be sent, ensuring consistent engagement with your audience.
Drip campaigns are widely used for:

1️⃣ Log in to the MBG Card Dashboard.
2️⃣ Go to the Tools section.
3️⃣ Click on Drip Campaign to open the campaign manager.
4️⃣ Click on the "Add" button to create a new campaign.
5️⃣ Enter a Name for your Drip Campaign (e.g., "New Customer Onboarding").
6️⃣ Select the messages you want to send in the campaign (only WhatsApp template messages are allowed).
7️⃣ Assign a time interval for each message (e.g., Send Message 1 on Day 1, Message 2 on Day 3, etc.).
8️⃣ Add additional messages as needed, ensuring that each has a properly defined time delay.
9️⃣ Click Save to finalize your campaign.
1️⃣ Navigate to the Flows section.
2️⃣ Open an existing flow or create a new flow where you want to trigger the drip campaign.
3️⃣ Click on "Add Action" within the flow.
4️⃣ Select "Subscribe to Drip Campaign" from the available actions.
5️⃣ Choose the Drip Campaign you created from the list.
6️⃣ Save the flow to activate the campaign.
